We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and expanding relationships with existing clients. The role focuses on building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring client satisfaction by promoting the company's services and aligning solutions with client needs.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and target new clients and opportunities to drive business
growth.
Build and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent
revenue generation.Achieve assigned revenue quotas by securing new clients and
expanding business with existing ones.Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and
industry trends to inform sales strategies.Initiate and maintain communication with potential clients via calls,
emails, and meetings to promote the company's services.Effectively promote the company's services by addressing client
needs and aligning solutions with their objectives.Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and the
seamless delivery of services.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is
preferred.2 years of experience in the industry
Fluency in English is a must.
Motivated to work with a target.
Solid experience with CRM software
