Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Ismailia. The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the business. The role includes negotiating contracts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline to support organizational objectives.

• Proven expertise in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for building partnerships
• Experience in market analysis and identifying opportunities for revenue growth
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple projects effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Proficiency in relevant business tools and software
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in working with industries such as real estate, consulting, or international trade is advantageous
