Business Development Executive

A & S Fit Out is currently expanding its market presence within Dubai's growing fit-out and interior contracting sector. To capture upcoming opportunities and convert active leads, a dedicated Business Development Executive is required to lead client acquisition, manage the sales pipeline, and represent the company in front of consultants, developers, and end-clients.

Key drivers for this hire:

  • Active growth in fit-out projects across hospitality, retail, and corporate segments in the UAE.
  • Need for a dedicated commercial face to engage clients, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Building a structured CRM-led pipeline to support revenue forecasting and quarterly targets.

Aligning A & S Fit Out's BD function with Sharafi Group Investments' broader expansion strategy across its construction & contracting verticals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the UAE fit-out and interior contracting market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, and main contractors.
  • Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, BoQs (in coordination with estimation), and follow up on tender submissions.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to win projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in coordination with senior management.
  • Submit weekly pipeline reports and monthly performance updates to the Head of BD.
  • Represent A & S Fit Out at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE fit-out / interior contracting market dynamics.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and lead generation in construction or fit-out.
  • Established network of consultants, developers, and main contractors in Dubai.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Bilingual: English fluent (mandatory); Arabic preferred but not essential.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Holds a valid UAE driving licence

  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • AutoCAD viewer or basic PDF mark-up tools (for reading drawings).
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator and digital prospecting tools.

Project management platforms (Trello, Asana, MS Project) — preferred.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Sales / Business Development certification (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and authority approvals (Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, JAFZA, etc.).
