This pivotal role focuses on driving global market growth, securing international client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners.
Your Role
Operating at the intersection of international sales and client success, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Trial teams to expand our global client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Market Expansion: Identify, engage, and pitch to potential international clients to unlock new global business opportunities.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively reach out to target prospects to generate interest and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Virtual Presentations: Conduct high-energy, persuasive service demonstrations and sales presentations via Zoom.
- Solution Selling: Analyze unique client needs and pitch tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Onboarding Coordination: Partner with trial and support teams to ensure a seamless transition and excellent initial experience for new clients.
- Relationship Management: Nurture long-term partnerships while confidently navigating objections and contract negotiations.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business development and revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain flawless data integrity by tracking leads, interactions, and pipeline progress within our CRM system.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, international business development, or customer relations. Ambitious fresh graduates with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Language Skills: Complete fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory for communicating with our international clientele.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency with Zoom, CRM systems, and modern lead management tools.
- Mindset: A self-driven, highly organized professional who thrives in a target-centric environment and is fully committed to a night shift schedule.
- Logistics: Must be a resident of Rawalpindi/Islamabad with the ability to work daily in-person at our Chandni Chowk office.
