Business Development Executive

If you know how to hold a conversation, build relationships, and turn leads into clients — this role is for you.

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s confident, proactive, and genuinely good with people.



What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and updating CRM pipelines

• Reaching out to potential clients

• Building strong client relationships

• Following up and closing deals

• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding

• Identifying new business opportunities

• Maintaining professional communication across calls, emails, and meetings



What we’re looking for:

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)

• Extroverted and confident personality

• Good conversation and relationship-building skills

• Organized, proactive, and target-driven mindset

• Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus
