Position Overview
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a key role in driving the expansion of Durrani Homes’ managed property portfolio by identifying, acquiring, and onboarding new residential units and strategic property partnerships. The role focuses on generating business opportunities, building long-term landlord relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth within Dubai’s competitive holiday homes and real estate market.
The ideal candidate will be target-driven, commercially focused, and capable of independently managing lead generation, negotiations, and property onboarding processes while maintaining professional relationships with landlords, investors, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Property Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Identify and approach property owners, landlords, investors, and brokers for potential property onboarding opportunities.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into signed onboarding agreements.
- Conduct property evaluations and coordinate the onboarding process for new units.
- Focus on acquiring both standard and premium portfolio properties aligned with company objectives.
- Develop self-sourced business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
Client & Landlord Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with landlords, investors, and property stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding and contract process.
- Negotiate management agreements, commercial terms, and acquisition deals in line with company standards.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term relationship management.
Market Research & Business Strategy
- Monitor Dubai real estate and holiday homes market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
- Identify strategic areas for portfolio expansion and premium inventory acquisition.
- Provide business development insights and recommendations to management.
Cross-Department Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Reservations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational activation of units.
- Coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and onboarding approvals.
- Assist in preparing proposals, agreements, presentations, and onboarding documentation.
Networking & Brand Representation
- Develop relationships with brokers, developers, property consultants, and industry professionals.
- Represent Durrani Homes at networking events, exhibitions, meetings, and business gatherings.
- Promote the company’s brand, services, and portfolio management solutions
- professionally.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, onboarding reports, and landlord databases.
- Meet assigned monthly onboarding and acquisition targets.
- Submit regular business development and performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company operational procedures and onboarding standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related
- field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, real estate, property management, or holiday homes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and holiday homes regulations is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and reporting systems.
- UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
