Job Description
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with clients, and a passion for sales and real estate.
You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai properties while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage property sales leads
- Conduct client meetings and property viewings
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
- Follow up with buyers and investors professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends and projects
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Presentable and confident personality
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Freshers with strong sales skills may also apply
