Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Project Logistics Sales, especially in sectors like Construction, Oil & Gas, and Industrial Projects. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in both local and international markets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Actively search for and pursue new customers in the UAE market with a focus on project logistics services.
  • Plan, schedule, and attend client meetings to present company capabilities and solutions.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities through market visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships.
  • Respond to RFQs / BOQs and coordinate with internal departments to prepare accurate proposals.
  • Target and develop business with Construction, Oil & Gas, Air, and Road Logistics sectors.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects in line with local sales KPIs.
  • Participate in contract negotiations including pricing, payment terms, and scope of services.
  • Register the company with major contractors and project owners to maximize tender opportunities.
  • Understand and document customer needs (regular, seasonal, or project-based) and update CRM accordingly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage feedback or non-conformities.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client communication, and forecast business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, Contract Logistics) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track and report on competitor activity, market trends, and potential threats.
  • Focus on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing accounts.
  • Help develop SOPs for key clients in collaboration with operations and management teams.
  • Ensure all sales reporting, forecasts, and activity logs are up to date and accurate.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and business networking events.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Business Development within Project Logistics, preferably in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, Construction, and Industrial Logistics sectors.
  • Existing network or client base in the UAE is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in handling RFQs, BOQs, and contract submissions.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
