Business Development Executive role in Saudi Arabia
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will focus on generating new business opportunities, exploring new markets, and building strong relationships with potential clients. This role is strategic and proactive, helping the company grow its footprint locally and regionally.
This position does not require prior experience in rubber or industrial products, but a strong sales mindset and proven B2B experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and regional markets.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients through calls, emails, networking, and market visits.
- Build strong relationships with potential clients and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations to win new business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
- Achieve business development targets and support company growth objectives.
- Travel occasionally to meet prospects or attend business events when required.
Requirements:
- Up to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- English fluency required; Arabic preferred.
- Comfortable interacting with corporate clients and presenting the company professionally.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business development activities.
