Role Overview
We are looking for a versatile Business Development Executive who can handle a mix of sales, operations, and data management. The role will involve generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, managing day-to-day operational tasks, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Create and manage listings/ads on online platforms to generate leads.
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, messages, and emails.
- Pitch product offerings, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Operations
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, QC, customer support) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Track product movements, payments, and customer updates.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely closures.
Data Entry & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance in Excel/CRM.
- Update daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, operations, or data entry (freshers can also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data handling.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a target-driven role.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
