Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities:

· Job Title: Business Development Executive

· Location: Mumbai

· Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales of Steel/metal products

· Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BDE to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the steel industry, specifically in the sales of HR (Hot rolled), CR (Cold rolled), Galvanized Products (GP)., etc.

As a BDE, you will be responsible for driving sales, establishing and maintaining relationships with brokers and clients.

· Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for product promotion and sales growth.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

· Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of the Mumbai market and local industry trends is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
