Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proven track record in cold calling to engage potential clients and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels such as Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Cold Calling: Initiate and follow up on cold calls to prospective clients, present our services, and convert leads into sales.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients to secure new business.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
- Proposal Writing: Prepare and send proposals to clients, ensuring they align with client requirements and company capabilities.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1 to 3 years
- Skills: Proficiency in cold calling, lead generation, and sales techniques.
- Expertise: Familiarity with platforms such as Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and dedicated individual.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
