Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

Location: Sector-67, Mohali

24X7 Support Required.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business leads through tele sales and field sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Indian market and business landscape.
