Business Development Executive (BDE) – IT Sales
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience Required: 1–2 years in B2B IT sales, business development, or online bidding platforms
Education: Graduate in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify potential clients through multiple channels: online platforms (Upwork, Guru, Freelancer etc.), LinkedIn, direct email and phone outreach Expertia+2Expertia+2Apna.
- Maintain follow-up cadence for nurturing prospects and advancing leads through the sales funnel ApnaSimply HiredExpertia.
- Proposal & Bid Management
- Develop tailored proposals or bids aligned with client requirements and business goals Apna+1Simply Hired+1.
- Estimate pricing for services and scope and clarify deliverables and timelines ApnaSmartRecruiters.
- Client Relationship & Sales Conversion
- Conduct persuasive presentations or product demos as needed to secure client interest Simply HiredExpertia.

- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Track all lead interactions, proposals, responses, and expected outcomes using CRM tools or spreadsheets Apna+1Expertia.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentation updates for the leadership PixseloTrabajo.org.
- Collaboration & Market Insights
- Liaise with internal teams (technical, marketing, delivery) to align strategy and ensure effective client onboarding and fulfillment.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer pain points to inform proactive sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–2 years in IT sales/B2B business development; exposure to online bidding platforms is highly valued ExpertiaApnaSmartRecruiters.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication for building client rapport and negotiating effectively Simply Hired+1.

Preferred (But Not Mandatory)

- Prior Sales in IT Services or SaaS

- Adaptability to U.S. or international time zones (e.g., for platform bidding)
