Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executive (Counselor) to join our admissions and counseling team. The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, guiding them with suitable courses/programs, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, counseling, and sales skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students and parents regarding educational courses, admission process, and career opportunities.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Convert leads into admissions by explaining course details, benefits, and career outcomes.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates and provide timely support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with students for referrals and future admissions.
  • Maintain records of interactions and conversions in CRM/Excel.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets set by the management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with good communication are welcome; experience in counseling/EdTech/inside sales is an advantage).
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Counseling & Sales Skills: Ability to convince, guide, and counsel students effectively.
  • Presentation: Confident, approachable, and student-oriented.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office, CRM, and email handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
