Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) with prior experience in the IT Sales industry. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and closing deals in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present IT products and services to prospective clients and provide tailored solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in selling software solutions, web development, or mobile applications.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and IT services.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
