Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven business development executive to identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and expand our market presence. You will play a key role in driving sales and supporting the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant products/services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and online platforms.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
