Business Development Executive (BDE) – US

India

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive lead generation and appointment scheduling in the US market for our services portfolio: Cybersecurity, Data Center Support, Recruitment, Contact Center Technology, and IT Helpdesk/Deskside Services. The BDE will focus on prospecting, outreach, and scheduling qualified meetings with decision-makers for the sales and solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Research and identify potential clients in the US market.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate leads.
  • Maintain lead databases and ensure quality of prospecting lists.
  • Outreach & Appointment Setting
  • Engage with IT leaders, CISOs, CTOs, HR heads, and operations managers.
  • Schedule and confirm meetings for the business development / sales team.
  • Ensure smooth hand-off of qualified leads to sales.
  • CRM & Reporting
  • Update CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.) with daily activity.
  • Track KPIs: calls, emails, leads generated, and appointments set.
  • Share weekly reports with management.
  • Collaboration
  • Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to help refine pitch scripts and service positioning.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6months–2 years of experience in lead generation / inside sales / appointment setting in IT services or staffing.
  • Familiarity with Cybersecurity, Data Center, Recruitment, Contact Center, or IT Helpdesk solutions.
  • Excellent spoken and written English, comfortable communicating with US clients.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong work ethic, persistence, and ability to handle rejections positively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
