Job Description:

Role Overview:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new clients for our digital agency. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand and pitch digital marketing services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
  • Present and pitch the agency’s services to potential clients, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client feedback.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote the agency.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing/advertising).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,637.34 - ₹72,569.39 per month
