We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our Business Development team and grow their career in IT sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Email Campaigns, Cold Calling, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for proposals and solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Prepare regular sales reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (IT industry experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
