Job Title: Sales Manager – Jaipur

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Work from Office)

Company Overview:

My Pixel Panda is a fast-growing digital solutions company helping sellers and businesses with website designing, e-commerce, and digital marketing services. We are expanding our team in Jaipur and looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate the sales process to achieve monthly targets.

- Generate new business opportunities through leads, references, and networking.

- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and close deals effectively.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

- Analyze market trends and implement new strategies for growth.

- Manage sales pipeline and report progress to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or any related field.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are both welcome.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Target-driven with a strong ability to work independently.

- Knowledge of Jaipur’s local market will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Monthly) + Attractive Incentives.
