We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Compensation: ₹3,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum (Fixed) + Lucrative Monthly Incentive

Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for dynamic Business Development Executives to join our high-performing Inside Sales team. In this consultative sales role, you’ll engage directly with professionals, understand their career aspirations, and guide them towards suitable upskilling programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with 80–100 potential learners daily via phone and video calls.
  • Understand candidate career goals and recommend tailored course options.
  • Clearly explain program features, benefits, and outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions using our CRM system.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with learners.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Fresh graduates excited to start a career in sales.
  • Professionals from any industry looking to switch to the thriving EdTech space.
  • 0–3 years of B2C sales experience preferred (EdTech background a plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and energetic with a growth mindset.

Eligibility:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience: 0–3 years in B2C/Inside Sales (Freshers welcome)
