Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Summary:

The BDE is responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities in the real estate sector. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting site visits, and driving sales growth. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to close deals and meet target

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and generate leads in the real estate market.
  • Conduct property site visits and client meetings effectively.
  • Promote and sell real estate properties to customers.
  • Prepare sales proposals, agreements, and documentation as required.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent post-sale service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales is essential.
  • Must have own two-wheeler (bike) to commute for property site visits and client meetings.
  • Valid driving license for the bike is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
