Job Title: Sales & Marketing Officer (Healthcare, MSME, Food & Wellness)

Location: Bhubaneswar (Field role with local travel, Pan India expansion in future)
Compensation: Fixed Salary ₹15,000/month + Incentives ₹20,000–₹25,000/month (performance-based)
Requirement: Must have a two-wheeler with valid Driving License

  • PD Consulting – Helping MSMEs with consulting, strategy, and growth solutions.
  • Happy Gut Kitchen (HGK) – Food-tech venture with catering for hospitals & gyms and future kiosk/franchise models.

We are at a fast-scaling stage and looking for energetic Sales & Marketing Officers who can be the face of our companies on-ground and drive partnerships across sectors.

Role Overview

This is a field-intensive sales and marketing role, perfect for freshers who want to build a career in sales, client acquisition, and business growth across healthcare, food-tech, and consulting industries. You’ll be handling direct client interaction, local market development, and partnership building with strong incentive structures based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hospital Outreach (NPPD CARE): Visit hospitals, clinics, gyms, and wellness centers to introduce our healthcare solutions and onboard them.
  • MSME Engagement (PD Consulting): Approach MSME owners, build trust, and onboard them into our consulting & growth programs.
  • Food & Wellness Marketing (HGK): Promote catering services, food kiosks, and wellness offerings to gyms, hospitals, societies, and communities.
  • Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, events, and promotions in assigned regions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (hospital admins, MSME owners, gym/society managers).
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales & onboarding targets.
  • Submit daily/weekly reports on activities, leads, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and after-sales service.

Requirements

  • Fresher (Male candidates preferred for field role).
  • Graduate in any discipline (Marketing/Business background is a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
  • Must own a bike with valid driving license.
  • Energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about sales & marketing.
  • Willing to work on-field, meet clients, and achieve targets.
