Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a talent for identifying new opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Relocation to Riyadh is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular performance updates.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a strong drive for results; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of the Middle East market is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or Hindi proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Riyadh is essential.
