Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of qualified leads shared by the Inside Sales/Lead Generation team.
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their requirements in detail.
  • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pricing documents tailored to client needs.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the contracting process to ensure successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst (BA) team to validate and align client requirements with solution offerings.
  • Maintain CRM with accurate updates on lead stages, proposal status, and closures.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, closure status, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Must have 02 to 6 years of proven experience in B2B sales or sales closure roles (preferably in IT/technology solutions).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
  • Target-driven mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
