Business Development Executive (BDE)

India

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Identify Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and new business

opportunities.

● Client Engagement: Reach out to prospects, share company offerings, and build initial

relationships.

● Drive Sales Cycle: Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches independently to

engage and convert clients.

● Maintain Database: Keep detailed records of client interactions, leads, and

opportunities in the CRM system.

● Market Research: Gather insights on market trends, competitors, and client needs.

● Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects and clients to nurture relationships and

support deal closures.

● Coordinate Internally: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of

campaigns and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

● 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (experience

in media, advertising, OOH, digital, or related fields is a plus)

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments

● Enthusiastic and proactive attitude

● Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools

● Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Working Hours: 9:30 am - 6:30 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
