Job Title: Business Development Executive – TRUCKRR LOADS
Location: Chennai and across Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-time (Performance-based confirmation after 3 months)

With the launch of our new vertical, TRUCKRR LOADS, we connect shippers, manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, and logistics service providers with reliable truck owners for seamless goods transport solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard shippers, manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, and logistics service providers to the TRUCKRR LOADS platform.
  • Generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure consistent loads for truck owners.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored logistics solutions via the Truckrr platform.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings and deliveries.
  • Analyze market trends and monitor competitor activity to discover new opportunities.
  • Represent Truckrr at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduates in Marketing or any degree.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented with a desire to learn and grow.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
  • Candidate must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
