Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective clients across schools, coaching centres, tuition teachers, and government education bodies.
  • Develop new business through direct liaison with school administrations, tuition teachers, and coaching centres.
  • Plan and execute outreach campaigns, including on-ground activations, workshops, seminars, and promotional events in residential communities to generate leads.
  • Organize or participate in conferences, workshops, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Present and demonstrate educational products to prospective clients, clearly communicating value and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Ensure all leads are high quality and entered into the CRM system promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and policy changes to inform outreach strategy.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Provide regular reports on activities, pipeline progress, and market feedback to management.
  • Adhere to internal processes, compliance standards, and ethical guidelines.

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the education industry.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the education landscape, including trends, purchasing cycles, and stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Languages: English, Hindi, and one regional language (e.g., Bengali or Marathi).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with EdTech products or solutions.
  • Existing professional network within the education sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
