About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Riyadh. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and client relationship management to contribute directly to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting partnerships, and consistently driving revenue. Relocation to Riyadh is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies in alignment with company goals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and tailored proposals.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to uncover growth areas.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, and provide regular performance updates.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with a strong results-oriented mindset; capable of working independently and within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Understanding of the Middle East market is a plus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or Hindi is highly desirable.
• Willing and able to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
