About the Role:

Accounts Hub UAE/India is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our accounting courses, handling student inquiries, and achieving enrollment targets through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and counsel students on our professional accounting and taxation courses.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-in inquiries, and follow-ups.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and institutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly admission/enrollment targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide timely reports.
  • Contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or telecalling (education sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
