We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions
  • Pitch company services confidently to potential clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Follow up on leads and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
  • Collaborate with marketing and execution teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Web)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
