Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our decorative lighting segment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in sales or business development and a passion for design and lighting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in clients to understand their lighting needs and preferences.
• Provide expert advice on decorative lighting options and ideas.
• Create detailed quotations for clients based on their requirements.
• Present various design options and solutions to enhance client understanding and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Track sales metrics and assist in preparing regular reports on business development status.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to better assist clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the decorative lighting industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
