Role Summary:

We’re hiring Business Development Executives who will meet prospective clients directly, explain client’s apparel solutions, showcase T-shirt samples, and close deals. This is a field-based B2B sales role ideal for smart, confident, and motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new B2B leads (corporates, startups, schools, event agencies)
  • Schedule and attend client meetings to understand requirements
  • Present product samples and educate clients on fabric, customization, and branding options
  • Prepare quotations and close sales with follow-ups
  • Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain reports using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of B2B sales experience (Garments, Corporate Sales, Branding, or related industries preferred)
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English + local language
  • Strong people skills and ability to build trust quickly
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (2–4 visits/day)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a field sales environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
