Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong expertise in client handling and online bidding. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in managing international clients and handling the complete client lifecycle from initial contact to project closure.

Experience: 6 months-1 year
Location- Indore (Work from Office)
Notice Period- Immediate to 10 days
Working days- 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end client communication, from lead generation to project completion
• Perform online bidding on platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer (mandatory)
• Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and negotiate terms
• Client handling experience is mandatory
• Strong experience in online bidding on Upwork & Freelancer (must)
• Mandatory experience in handling international clients only
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
