JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth by building strong partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and expanding Gradding.com’s presence across institutions, agents, and student networks.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities with colleges, universities, and partner institutions

· Build and maintain strong relationships with education partners, consultants, and stakeholders

· Promote Gradding.com’s study abroad services to potential clients and partners

· Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close partnerships

· Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets

· Coordinate with counseling, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution

· Track leads, partnerships, and conversions using CRM tools

· Stay updated on global education trends, intake cycles, and market opportunities

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong negotiation and presentation abilities

· Target-driven mindset with a passion for sales and growth

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

· Experience in BD for minimum 1 Year

· Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
