Key Responsibilities

· Identify and pursue new project opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.

· Conduct regular market visits to explore new business and map upcoming construction projects.

· Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, builders, and interior designers.

· Follow up on BOQs, technical submissions, mock-ups, and approvals.

· Map project influencers, decision-makers, and competition presence.

· Track ongoing construction activities and maintain a strong project pipeline.

· Timely reporting through CRM/Excel regarding leads, conversions, and closures.

· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key project stakeholders.

· Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions as required.

· Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly.

· Closely monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product launches.

· Suggest new product opportunities and strategies based on market trends.

· Work closely with logistics, finance, and technical teams for smooth order execution.

· Coordinate with senior management for pricing approvals and project support.

· Submit regular MIS reports on sales performance, receivables, and project progress.

  • Excellent negotiation and project selling skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Relationship-building with architects, builders, and contractors.
  • Ability to track multiple projects and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,718.32 - ₹30,000.00 per month
