For Male Candidates:
- Identify new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and industry networking.
- Visit potential clients regularly to understand requirements and present product/service offerings.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update client databases and reports.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration in Marketing.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
- Two-wheeler license preferred.
