Business Development Executive (BDE)

For Male Candidates:

  • Identify new business opportunities through field visits, client meetings, and industry networking.
  • Visit potential clients regularly to understand requirements and present product/service offerings.
  • Follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Negotiate and close business deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update client databases and reports.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and support for new clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade fairs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master of Business Administration in Marketing.
  • 0–3 years of experience in field sales or business development.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-driven attitude.
  • Two-wheeler license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
