Position Overview

Work Generations is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong communication skills and basic technical understanding to help grow our business and generate new client opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with international clients, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with technical teams to convert leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage new business leads
  • Communicate with potential clients through calls, chats, and emails
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and project discussions
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow-ups
  • Work closely with project managers and developers for smooth project execution
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
  • Maintain daily reports and lead tracking

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Good understanding of IT services and technologies
  • Ability to understand client requirements quickly
  • Confidence in client dealing and sales communication
  • Basic knowledge of software development, web, mobile, or digital services
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Bonus)

  • Experience in Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, or sales platforms
  • Experience in software house or IT industry
  • Knowledge of CRM or project management tools
