Business Development Executive – Chocolate Sales

Muscat, Oman

Are you passionate about chocolate and driven by sales success? We're a growing chocolate company on a mission to build and expand our sales market in Oman — and we’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Oman region for our range of premium chocolates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to build brand visibility.
  • Regularly report on progress, market feedback, and new opportunities to the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or confectionery.
  • Strong understanding of sales and distribution in the Oman market.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Valid driving license and own car (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently and travel within Oman.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
