Sales Manager – Interior Fit-Out (Banking Sector).(Male)

Dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business development and sales growth in the banking sector for our interior fit-out services. The candidate will have experience in doing renovation and Trunkey interior fit out works in the banking sector, a strong network in the industry, and a deep understanding of interior contracting, design- build processes, and turnkey fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the banking and financial sector for interior fit-out services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (facility managers, procurement heads, project teams) in banks and NBFCs.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with the design and estimation teams to prepare competitive bids and quotations.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on upcoming projects and trends in the banking infrastructure domain.
• Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing.
• Maintain an updated pipeline and sales reports using CRM tools.
• Ensure post-sales in post-sales and maintain long-term relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.

· Minimum 3-7 years of sales experience in the interior fit-out industry, with a focus on the banking/financial sector preferred.

· Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, costing, and project delivery.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Strong networking skills and an existing database of potential clients in the banking industry is a major advantage.

Pay: RO350.000 - RO500.000 per month
