Business Development Executive (Cold Caller)

Role Description:

We are looking for driven and results-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing team at Digital Elites Global, a dynamic social media agency. In this full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, you will be on the front lines of our growth — actively prospecting businesses through platforms like Yelp and Google Maps, pitching our social media solutions, and following up with warm inbound leads generated through Meta ad campaigns.

Your day-to-day will involve identifying potential clients, making outbound calls, and converting leads from submission forms into long-term partnerships. This is a high-energy sales role ideal for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys building meaningful business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and reach out to businesses listed on Yelp and Google Maps to pitch Digital Elites Global's social media services

Follow up and convert inbound leads generated through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns

Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline in CRM tools

Collaborate with the internal team to refine pitching strategies and messaging

Qualifications:

Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (agency or digital marketing background is a strong plus)

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts

Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills

Results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets

Experience working with Meta Ads leads or CRM tools is an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
