Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Business Development Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound cold calls to prospects in the UK and US markets.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers.
- Develop tailored SEO and digital marketing proposals aligned with client objectives.
- Foster long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and trust-building.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design customized service packages.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Intermediate / A-Level or equivalent.
- Experience: Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or business development is preferred. Fresh graduates with exceptional skills are welcome.
- Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Goal-oriented, resilient, and capable of working independently under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or IT services is advantageous.
- Shift Flexibility: Must be available for UK (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM) or US (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM) campaign hours, Monday to Friday.
