The Opportunity
We are seeking a tenacious and ambitious Business Development Executive to drive our market expansion. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline through strategic outbound efforts. As a hunter, you will be responsible for initiating contact, building relationships, and securing new client partnerships from the ground up. If you are passionate about sales and thrive on the challenge of converting prospects into clients, this is your platform to excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound cold-calling campaigns to generate new business leads within target international markets (UK & US).
- Identify, contact, and qualify key decision-makers (C-level, Marketing Directors, Business Owners) to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Effectively articulate our service value proposition, tailoring the conversation to address specific client pain points and objectives.
- Manage the full early-stage sales cycle, from initial prospecting and discovery calls to scheduling meetings for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy, predictable sales pipeline through consistent activity and professional follow-up.
- Accurately log and track all sales activities, communications, and lead information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and solutions teams to refine outreach strategies and proposal development.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, qualified appointments, and pipeline generation.
Qualifications & Skills We're Looking For
- Educational Background: Intermediate / A-Levels or equivalent required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Experience: Prior experience in B2B cold calling, outbound sales, or business development is highly valued. However, we are committed to training exceptional fresh graduates who demonstrate a strong sales acumen and drive.
- Core Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a professional and persuasive phone presence.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
- A resilient, results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle rejection and persist towards goals.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, etc.) is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Shift Timings (Please specify your preference)
- UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (PKT), Monday to Friday
- US Market Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PKT), Monday to Friday
