Position Overview
This role is designed for someone aiming to develop practical experience in business development. You will contribute to both B2B and B2C initiatives, support client engagement efforts, and assist in turning opportunities into revenue.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you’ll gain exposure to client acquisition, relationship management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support efforts to generate new business across multiple segments
• Identify and engage potential leads to help convert them into clients
• Assist in maintaining strong client relationships
• Take part in meetings, presentations, and client discussions
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and progress toward goals
• Contribute to market research and expansion activities

Candidate Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or a client-facing role
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Interest in developing negotiation and closing skills
• Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude
• Adaptable, self-driven, and eager to learn in a performance-focused environment
