Business Development Executive - EdTech / Training & Development

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies targeting corporate companies, training institutes, individual coaches, and professional trainers. You will play a key role in communicating Upgrade Skill’s unique value proposition by sharing meaningful insights and success stories that highlight the impact of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across the education and corporate sectors
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through consultative selling
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored learning and training solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and pitches to showcase Upgrade Skill’s offerings
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to support lead generation efforts
  • Track activities and opportunities through CRM tools
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or technology solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and digital learning trends is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Candidate with knowledge in content writing and creation is an added advantage.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must
