Business Development Executive (Entry Level)

Salary: 50,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Executive to support our sales team in client coordination, follow-up management, data tracking, and basic presentation support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client meetings (virtual or in-person) for senior BDEs or managers
  • Send calendar invites, meeting links, and reminders to clients and internal teams
  • Prepare basic pre-meeting information (client background, past interactions)
  • Maintain daily/weekly follow-up trackers for leads and existing clients
  • Send timely follow-up emails or messages as directed by the sales team
  • Mark and update client statuses (Meeting Scheduled, Proposal Sent, Negotiation, Lost, Won, On Hold, etc.)
  • Keep client records organized in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Update client statuses in real time after every call, meeting, or email exchange
  • Flag pending follow-ups to ensure no lead is forgotten
  • Make minor edits to existing presentations (update dates, client names, pricing, or minor formatting) – no heavy design work required

Requirements:

  • 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome)
  • Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with repetitive coordination tasks

Preferred (good to have):

  • Basic knowledge of PowerPoint / Google Slides for minor edits
