About the Role: We’re seeking a motivated professional to support our sales and marketing team by identifying potential clients, initiating conversations, and scheduling qualified meetings. This role is focused on building relationships and supporting business growth — not cold calling or commission-only sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
  • Engage prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to introduce services
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and pass them to the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine outreach strategies

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduates with Can-do and hardworking attitude.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in sales support, marketing, or client outreach preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach
  • Ability to work night shifts and meet deadlines
