Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in ERP sales. The ideal candidate should be able to understand client requirements, present ERP solutions effectively, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients through market research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the ERP domain.
Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and readiness.

2. Client Engagement & Solution Presentation

Understand client business processes and propose suitable ERP solutions (ERPNext/Frappe).
Conduct product demos, presentations, and requirement discussions with prospects.
Coordinate with the technical/functional team to prepare proposals and solution documents.

3. Sales Cycle Management

Manage end-to-end sales activities including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and agreements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, proposals, and sales progress using CRM tools.

4. Relationship Management

Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Act as a point of contact for pre-sales queries and coordinate with internal teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

Stay updated on ERP trends, competitor offerings, and industry requirements.
Provide insights to management for strategy development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in ERP sales, preferably ERPNext/Frappe or similar ERP systems.
Strong understanding of business processes across domains (Accounts, Inventory, HR, CRM, POS, etc.).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to explain technical solutions in simple business language.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing deals.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.

Salary & Benefits
As per industry standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
