Business Development Executive (Evening Shift)

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is critical for driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and crafting compelling proposals that win business.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with excellent English writing skills, a proven track record in proposal development, and the flexibility to thrive in our evening shift (3 PM to 12 AM). This schedule is designed to maximize overlap with key international clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Proposal Development & Writing:

  • Research, write, and edit high-quality, persuasive business proposals, bids, and tender responses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing) to gather necessary information and create tailored proposals.
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal process, ensuring timely and professional submission.
  • Maintain a library of reusable proposal content, case studies, and templates.

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and potential clients through various channels (online research, LinkedIn, industry databases, etc.).
  • Develop and execute outbound strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

Client Communication & Relationship Management:

  • Conduct professional email and video-call communication with potential clients, primarily during the evening shift.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Represent the company as a first point of contact for leads in different time zones.

Market Research & Strategy:

  • Research industry trends and monitor competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide insights to the management team to help shape business development strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a Business Development or similar role.
  • Demonstrable experience in professional proposal and business writing is a must.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (grammar, clarity, tone, and persuasion).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively during the evening shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
